Teleportal lets you step into narrated 360° worlds. We collect as little as we can to run the app, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

Teleportal is made by HyperSocial Incorporated (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Teleportal apps for iPhone and Apple Vision Pro and the website at teleportal.vercel.app.

What we collect

• A device identifier. The app uses an identifier tied to your device so your generated scenes stay associated with you. You don’t create an account to use Teleportal.
• Content you create. If you generate a panorama, the source image you provide and the resulting scene are stored on our backend so the app can display them back to you.
• Your email — only if you give it. If you join the early-access list or contact support, we store the email address you submit and use it only to reply or to send the update you asked for.
• Basic usage and diagnostic data. Standard technical information (such as app version, device type, and error logs) that helps us keep the app working and improve it.

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, health data, or browsing history, and Teleportal contains no third-party advertising.

How we use it

• To operate the app — store and serve the scenes you view and create.
• To generate scenes you request (image, depth, narration, and audio).
• To respond to you when you write in.
• To fix problems and improve the experience.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run Teleportal. They handle data only to provide their service to us, under their own terms:

• Convex — backend hosting, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — hosting for this website.
• AI generation providers (including fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and OpenRouter) — to generate panorama images, depth maps, narration, and ambient audio from the prompts and images used to create a scene.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising. We disclose data only to the providers above to run the service, or if required by law.

Retention

We keep content and identifiers for as long as needed to provide the app. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact below, and we’ll remove what we’re not legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.

Children

Teleportal isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app or on this page.
